For instance, when she used the word "exert", I think that she meant "excerpt".The word exert means "to put forth or use energetically; put into action or use" while the word excerpt means "to select, take out, or quote (passages from a book, etc.); extract".
Some advice I would like to give to you is to advise you to type on MS Word, use spell check and grammar check, then you will make more sense. It also helps to read it out loud and more errors may be caught. Of course, this is assuming that the person writing something understands proper grammar. I did the 6 day detox drop and I'm on day 9 of the 21 day makeover. My husband and I are doing the program together; he is about 60 pounds overweight and diabetic so this program is extremely important. I started the foodlovers system 3 weeks ago and I am on who has tried it all and as we all know IT DOESNT WORK!!!!! This does. I am so amazed how well it works. JoeBob;All of those issues can sure make one miserable. After I got the candida (yeast) under control, most of the arthritis and fibromyalgia disappeared, so I do my best to stay that way. Does your sister have candida? Yeast overgrowth is a concern for lots of people, men as well as women. If you look up Candida online you can read the multitude of symptoms it can cause. There are lab tests that pick up candida. When I had it in 1998, and tried to get a doctor to treat it, they all looked at me like I was crazy. If your sister is on or has taken drugs to suppress her immune system to treat the arthritis, you might want to ask the doctor about candida. Also, you could see a nutritionist. That's what got me on the road back to health.
Does your sister have regular checkups with her doctor? Is she depressed? I know I struggled with depression brought on by being in pain all the time. Chronic pain can change the chemical composition of the brain. I've been on meds for depression for over a decade and I'm doing very well.
In answer to your question, yes I believe this diet has helped me both directly and indirectly. I eat more fruits and vegetables now than I did before this program; eating every 2-3 hours not only helps keep you satisified, it maintains energy and blood sugar levels. Those two things made such a difference in my mental attitude I wanted get back to exercising, so I walk as often as I can. I take a walk in the parking lot at work if I get a chance or I walk when I get home.

Hello.. I need help... I seen this program about a month ago and decided to order it. recieving it about 10 days ago. I have been hiding for about 5- 6 years now about my weight and having a pitty party since recovering from a health issue, but now I am back on track and am so looking forward to making changes in my life. I was stalling on getting going on this program for a couple of reasons. 1) can I do it? and 2) I do not want to get on the scale...little lone take my measurements. So I did come out of hiding last week when I asked my sister to come and take PHOTO's of me.//OMG and my measurements... WOW!! it really was not as bad as I had thought because it really did not hurt me physically, but at least I have a starting point to move forward from.... I could not bring myself to stepping on the scale that day but the next morning I thought , it is time... Can not say I was happy about the weight but I did sigh a sigh of relief in that I was not as heavy as I thought I was going to be, but still too much. I have about 100 pounds to loose so the task does seem a little daunting but I have made it to day 3 of the detox program. I am having some concerns, so thought I would ask you all who are doing this to see if you have had some of the same things. I do not know where to email to ask if this is okay or not....so here goes... 1) I am having a hard time to get everything in... particularly the evening soup and tea as I am usually too tired to wait up to eat it and still leave 1hour before bed (not eating) 2) I am finding the chlorifill very hard to stomach. I actually got sick this morning after taking it and at this point I am going to cut it in 1/2 or not take it at all...3) I have been taking the cascara but nothing has happened. I actually did take 3 tablets last night and have been taking the 2 that they suggest each time but no effect... should I increase the amount? I thought this would get easier, but boy last night the meat balls i made for the family sure looked great. it was everything i could do to not try one. after today I am feeling a little discouraged around the the feeling sick but I have been busy with clients today and have not eaten since 11:00 so guess I better get a move on... if anyone has any ideas around the symptons, that would be great around. thank you

I ordered the program before Christmas. On the Website they extended the return time to Jan. 31, 2011 and also it was advertised on their infomerical. I called to have my returned and was told that it has never been offered with an extended return policy. And they refused to let me send it back. So now I am stuck paying for a product that I do not want.
I previously was on a weight loss plan that promoted eating mostly protein and extremely low calorie on a daily basis. My progress was monitored weekly at a clinic & in the end I lost 27 pounds in 5 months. The minute I strayed off the strict plan at the holidays the pounds came back on. It was like I could eat no other way but this in order to lose weight. Even though I successfully lost weight I could NOT see myself adopting this type of eating for the rest of my life. Hi, I just called the food lovers fat loss program number to get a few questions answered. One was all I got asked " How much protein are you allowed on this program a day. " They would not answer my question and I was told that I had to buy the program to get that information. One of the Customer Service reps hung up on me, when I told him I would order it on line after I new this information, he hung up on me. I called back got him again, and when I asked him why he hung up on me, he said because we were done, you were not going to order (through him). so he hung up on me. I really want to order this program, but if the amount of protein is too small for me, then I will not be able to order it.
I have paid $75/45 minutes to a personal trainer only to be told the exact advice he is giving you for a cheap price. Those 12 minute work outs are the key! Try to do them 3x per day. The motivation part should keep you going for an entire month. This is the only system that works for life. It's designed for people who need a lifestyle change so, of course the value is not there for everyone. But, it's common sense... Think about what will make you full? I can eat a cup of mixed greens and be stuffed or I can eat an entire grocery store pizza! Personally, I know I eat 4-5 servings of cereal in one bowl! I now avoid cereal. But, I can eat 1 banana & 1 cup of almond milk then, be full. This programs sounds like a perfect start, your intuitions will take you the rest of the way. On a side note, my weight loss tips are to always eat on a glass plate or bowl with silverware, pray over your food, and for the ladies; wear stilettos!

They started mailing diet pills...50$ each order! I returned them as I prefer not to mess with any pills but daily vitamins! They did not refund my money because I did not get permission to mail them back!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this program!! I've tried every diet in the book and this system was the ONLY one that worked and gave me GREAT results without restricted what I wanted. I ate ice cream (though it was 100 calories..it was still tasty and I LOVED IT)!! My first week with 4 days of excercise I lost 9lbs. I did the 7 day slimdown first. I lost 13 lbs in the first week. Now I am 4 days into the 21 day Makeover and have lost nothing. I excercise about 3-4 times a week. I dont want to be at a lull this early on but dont want to go back to only being able to eat the things in the 7 day slimdown either, as it is quite repetitive. Any suggestions?
They will send you monthly shipments of "vitamins" and charge it in two different payments each month. Each shipment is over $50/month. And it's hard to get them to stop! When I called to order, I specifically stated that I DID NOT WANT any follow-up shipments; if it worked, I would call them and reorder. Not only did they continue to ship anyway, I was also charged for one of the other options I declined and was being charged (under a different account name) an additional $25/month for coupons/gift certificates or some such items that I specifically declined in the ordering process, never received, but was continued to be billed. Why, you ask, did I not stop this immediately? I had shoulder surgery and was less attentive than I would have ordinarily been with paying attention to the items on my statement, and more attune to getting well. Did this matter to them? Absolutely NOT! I've never used the product since my surgery became my focus. I cannot attest to whether it works or not. But they do have a marketing trickery. Shame on me for ordering any product from a TV ad and giving them my credit card info!!!!! Lesson learned!!!!

I ordered the program before Christmas. On the Website they extended the return time to Jan. 31, 2011 and also it was advertised on their infomerical. I called to have my returned and was told that it has never been offered with an extended return policy. And they refused to let me send it back. So now I am stuck paying for a product that I do not want.
