1- Avoid eating too many calories: This is almost the main reason why we are gaining unwanted weights in a limited span of time. However, we are usually advised not to eat too many calories but getting enough or even more calories a day can be really easy. That is, if you have one slice of bread, one donut, one soda and some other additions such as extra tablespoon salad or so, you might sometime exceed the limit of adequate amount of calories you need a day. These foods counted above may seem to be quite innocent in your plate situated on your table but when you eat all of these in a time of meal, they can be quite dangerous for your general state of health, even leading your body become quite fat.


These foods line above are the visible foods that contain too many calories, however there are also invisible ones that contain potentially high-risk calories. What’s more, we happen to have these foods containing secret calories each day at home or work quite mindlessly. A trace of M&M, which you might have during a meeting unintentionally, and other foods or bread that you have to clean up your children’s plate might eventually lead to gain of unwanted weights. The more calories are left over in your body, the more possibly you become fat.

A normal person with a good overall health condition needs to get 60-90 minutes of exercise a day. Seeing the fact that you do not get enough exercise a day, we can say you are too far away from losing the undesirable fats which are the results of not burning enough calories. To get the desired ones, you are keenly recommended to get enough exercise and do your best under every condition!


3- Insubstantial hopes – Keeping in touch with those who have been quite successful at losing weight so far may stimulate your motivation to be just like the same as they are. However, you may become a bit unmotivated when you have heard that it took almost a number of years for them to become as thin-looking as models. One thing you have to keep in mind that you are not finished with this job after you have got rid of undesired weights; quite the contrary, you are just beginning it and need to keep the control of your fats in hand.  And now, get up and take a piece of paper to note your timeline down on it. Try to organize it focused on losing weight healthily and plan how long you are going to keep up with it.
